Do I have to sign up for PayPal to place an order?
No, you do not! When you are taken to PayPal to pay for your order, simply fill in your credit card info instead of logging into an account. You will still receive an e-mail receipt for your order.

Do you accept other methods of payment than credit cards and PayPal?
Yes, I do! Go here to find out how to pay by check or money order.

Can I combine an order from this store with an order from one of your other stores?
I'm sorry, but no. Each of my stores are completely seperate from one another so it is not possible to combine orders.

Can I make a special order or request a product you do not currently have available?
Maybe! You can e-mail me and make a request. I just may add it to my store if possible!

 

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically in your shopping cart based on the weight of your order. To view the shipping rate for your order, open your cart and select your country from the drop down list, then enter your ZIP/Postal code and click "Update Cart"

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! The prices for international shipping are automatically calculated in your cart.

When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?
Orders usually ship via the United States Postal Service within 2-5 days after you place the order. We usually ship every Monday and Thursday. Your order should arrive within a week or two after being shipped if you are within the U.S. International shipping times can vary and usually take at least two to three weeks.

I gave you the wrong shipping address! What do I do?
-If you ordered recently, please e-mail me right away with your PayPal receipt and the correct address. If I haven't mailed it yet I can change the address before doing so.
-If the package has already been sent, you must either contact who it was sent to or wait for it to bounce back to me. If it does return to me somehow, you must then pay shipping again to have it sent to the proper address.

If the package does not arrive at the incorrect address or does not return to me, I am not responsible for refunding or sending a replacement.

Can I get my items insured? What about rush shipping?
You sure can! If you wish to add insurance to your order or would like rush shipping please e-mail me at with your full name and a copy of your receipt. Additional cost for insurance is based on the value of the order and additional cost for rush shipping varies.

Do you offer wholesale of your products?
Yes, we do! Please write to us if you are interested in wholesale!

Why does the item I received look a little different than the pictures?
Many items are hand made, so they may vary slightly in appearance. Colors may also vary depending on computer monitor settings.

Are your products free of allergens?
I cannot guarantee what metals are used in my accessories, so I recommend that if you are allergic to certain kinds of metal that you replace the chains, rings or earring hooks with your own that you know are safe. Also, we have pets in the form of cats, birds and a dog. We do our best to keep them away from the products, but we cannot guarantee that small bits of dander won't make it onto them.

Are these items safe to give to my child?
No, it is not recommended. Anything sold in this store is not intended as toys or for anyone under 12 years of age. Most products can prove to be a choking hazard for young children.
