What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in the form of PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Do you accept other methods of payment than credit cards and PayPal?
No, we do not accept any other forms of payment at this time. If you need an alternate form of payment, please consider Visa Gift Cards or Visa Prepaid Cards. They are cards loaded with money instead of borrowing on credit, so anybody can get one regardless of age or credit history. If you follow the links and click on "In Person" you can find local places to acquire one.
I can't complete my order! I keep getting an error. What's wrong?
The most likely reason is that you are entering a billing address that does not match the one on file with the credit card you are using. Please double check the address and make sure it matches! If you are sure that is not the problem, please feel free to contact us and we will look into it.
Can I make a special order or request a product you do not currently have available?
Maybe! You can e-mail me and make a request. I just may add it to my store if possible!
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order. You can view an estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart, then using the shipping calculator to view available rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! The prices for international shipping can be viewed by adding items to your cart and using the calculator.
How do you ship?
All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can find more information about shipping methods and rates on the Shipping Page.
When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 days. We usually ship every Tuesday and Friday. Your order should arrive within a week or two after being shipped if you are within the U.S. International shipping times can vary and can take up to two to three to six weeks depending on the shipping method used.
I gave you the wrong shipping address! What do I do?
-If you ordered recently, please contact us right away by responding to your order receipt and give us the correct address. If we haven't mailed it yet we can change the address before doing so.
-If the package has already been sent, you must either contact who it was sent to or wait for it to bounce back to us. If it does return to us, you must then pay shipping again to have it sent to the proper address or request a refund for the item price. If you have set up a change of address with the post office, please allow extra time for the package to be forwarded to your new address.
If the package does not arrive at the incorrect address or does not return to us, we are not responsible for refunding or sending a replacement.
Can I get my items insured? What about rush shipping?
You sure can! If you wish to add insurance to your order please e-mail us with your full name and a copy of your receipt. Additional cost for insurance is based on the value of the order. Rush shipping is available upon request and pricing can vary depending on the weight of the items and the method desired.
Will you under-value my international package so I can avoid customs fees?
I am sorry, we will not do this as it against the law.
Do you offer wholesale of your products?
At this time we are not offering wholesale. Please check back later or contact us to be notified when we are offering it again.
Are your products free of allergens?
I cannot guarantee what metals are used in my accessories unless otherwise stated in the item's description, so I recommend that if you are allergic to certain kinds of metal that you replace the chains, rings or other metal with your own that you know are safe.
Are these items safe to give to my child?
No, it is not recommended. Anything sold in this store is not intended as toys or for anyone under 12 years of age. Most products can prove to be a choking hazard for young children.
