I can't complete my order! I keep getting an error. What's wrong?

The most likely reason is that you are entering a billing address that does not match the one on file with the credit card you are using. Please double check the address and make sure it matches! If you are sure that is not the problem, please feel free to contact us and we will look into it.


How do you ship?

All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can find more detailed information about shipping methods and rates on the Shipping Page.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight and distance of your order. You can view an estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart, then using the shipping calculator to view available rates.

Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?

Yes, we do! The prices for international shipping can be viewed by adding items to your cart and using the calculator.

When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 days. We usually ship every Monday and Thursday. Your order should arrive within 2-4 days after being shipped if you are within the U.S. International shipping times can vary and can take up to 3-6 weeks depending on the shipping method used.

I gave you the wrong shipping address! What do I do?

If you ordered recently, please contact us right away by responding to your order receipt and give us the correct address. If we haven't mailed it yet we can change the address before doing so.

Lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds, and any returned packages are subject to additional shipping fees for redelivery. Please check your address carefully!

Can you combine my orders if I placed more than one?

If they haven't shipped yet, yes. Please contact us right away so we can combine the orders and refund the difference in shipping cost.

Can I get my items insured? What about rush shipping?

You sure can! If you wish to add insurance to your order please e-mail us with your full name and a copy of your receipt. Additional cost for insurance is based on the value of the order. Rush shipping is available upon request and pricing can vary depending on the weight of the items and the method desired.

Do you cover customs fees for international orders? Will you under-value my package to avoid them?

We do not cover customs fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your local import laws to know how it could effect your order. We cannot fake customs declarations to avoid customs fees.


An item is out of stock or no longer on the website. Will it be coming back?

In some cases out-of-stock items are restocked, but items are periodically discontinued to make room for new designs. If an item is no longer on the website it's likely it won't be restocked.

Do you offer wholesale of your products?

At this time we are not offering wholesale. Please check back later or contact us to be notified when we are offering it again.

I have a quality concern regarding an item I purchased, what can be done about it?

Are your products free of allergens?

We cannot guarantee what metals, fabrics or other materials are used in our items unless otherwise stated in the item's description. If you are allergic to certain kinds of metal it is recommended that you replace the chains, rings or other metal with your own that you know are safe.

Are these items safe to give to my child?

No, it is not recommended. Anything sold in this store is not intended as toys or for anyone under 12 years of age. Most products can prove to be a choking hazard for young children.
